Despite Town facilities and all non-essential business and services being closed amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town of Vegreville and the Vegreville and District F.C.S.S.  is still trying to help out it's citizens the best they can in trying times.

Mayor Tim MacPhee says that they are looking for feedback.

MacPhee says the Vegreville and District F.C.S.S. will also still file simple tax returns, after initially cancelling the program locally this year due the novel coronavirus.

MacPhee adds that F.C.S.S. is also still delivering Meals on Wheels, which are prepared at the hospital. Anyone needing more information on available programs is encouraged to call the Vegreville and District F.C.S.S. at 780-632-3966
