The Two Hills Longhorns look to improve to 2 and 0 in the SaskAlta Hockey League tonight.
Last week the Longhorns hammered the Kitscoty Monarchs 6-2 to open a new Senior Men’s Hockey League season.
Former Vegreville Ranger Grayson Soprovich made an immediate impact in his Longhorns debut, scoring a pair of goals and adding an assist in the win.
Two Hills Player/Manager Evan Warawa says the team is lucky to have him.
The Longhorns will also be hoping to get more the same from Kyle Palichuk tonight when they travel to Vermilion to take on the Rock.
Palichuk netted a hat-trick and 5 points in last week’s win.
