Rangers Return To Action

After nearly two weeks off, the Vegreville Rangers are back to work this weekend in the North Eastern Alberta Junior Hockey League ...

The Rangers will travel to St. Paul on Friday for a clash with the Canadiens and then to Cold Lake to battle the ice on Saturday.

The still young Rangers squad has struggled out of the gates, amassing a 2-and-6 record in the season’s opening month.

One of the bright spots for Vegreville has been the physical play of Deven Rewega.

The 19-year old forward says he’s enjoying his role on the team.

The Rangers don’t return to home ice until Friday, November 15th when the Wainwright Bisons come to town.

There’s a lone contest in the N.E.A.J.H.L. on Thursday as the Vermilion Tigers welcome the Killam Wheat Kings.

The Tigers are 3-and-8 on the year while Killam is 5-and-5.
