Local Support Continues to Grow for Humboldt Broncos Community

From Bake Sales to the Vegreville Rangers $1000.00 donation, Vegreville & the surrounding area has come together in support of the Humboldt Broncos community over the last week – and there’s no sign of it slowing down ...

On Sunday, April 15th Grant Miller Motors will host a ‘four on four ball hockey’ tournament with all funds generated going to Broncos fundraising campaign.

It’ll be open to all ages and skill levels at five-dollars per player, along with a raffle table, hot dogs and more.

Lynden Mattock with Grant Miller Motors says his family has ties to Humboldt adding Sunday’s ball tournament will also feature Broncos stickers for sale.

For more information on the Grant Miller Motors Ball Hockey tournament you can call the dealership or find further details on their Facebook Page.

Meantime, in another show of local support, the 'Bruce Ice Holes Old Timer' Hockey Team has also donated funds for the cause.

Team Manager Carl Pipke explains.

Pipke says donating funds was an easy decision to make.

Teams interested in matching the Ice Holes donations can call 780-632-9220.

Earlier this week, the Vegreville Rangers announced they too had made a donation of $1000.00 to the Broncos fundraising campaign.
