The yearly showcase event, which is held in Camrose, shines a spotlight on some of the best in bovine and this weekend was no exception.
Miller Wilson Angus, out of the Ponoka region, took home the Ranchers Choice Grand and Reserve honors … but didn’t stop there, also earning Senior Bull’s Grand Champion distinction and the Triple Crown Award.
Meantime, in the Junior Show Riley Pashulka’s Bull was named Grand Champion.
Finally, the Alberta Simmental Association swept the Steak Challenge; Winning Best Beef, Sportsmanship and People’s Choice.
