Alberta Health Services is bringing it's Better Choices, Better Health series of workshops to Viking, a free program designed to help participants take control of their health and to improve their quality of life.
Registered Dietician and Client Health Educator with the Alberta Healthy Living Program through Alberta Health Services, Trista Tesolin, says nutrition, physical activity, and stress affect our lives, especially when living with ongoing health concerns.
