Another edition of the crowd funding initiative "100 People Who Care" goes tonight in Vegreville
KidSport Vegreville is hoping for a strong turnout at tonight's "100 People Who Care" crowd-funding event.
As the not-for-profit group selected to take home the cash at the last event about six months ago, KidSport was tasked with organizing tonight's edition, which will showcase three new not-for-profit or charities aiming to take home the collected funds.
Those three new organizations are the Community Association for Lasting Success, the Vegreville Regional Museum along with the Vegreville Fire Department and Chair of KidSport Vegreville, Roy Mills, says in order to have a say in which group gets the funds, you can attend tonight's meeting with a $100 cheque in tow.
Tonight's "100 People Who Care" will go at 7:00 p.m. at the Vegreville Sunshine Club.
